Registration Guidelines

  • Go to https://pbdindia.gov.in/registration-form
  • Delegates need to register/make their profile with basic details. It has a two-factor authentication system where OTP will be sent to the delegates registered email ID for creation of the PBD Profile.
  • After Profile creation delegates are requested to log in to their profile (autogenerated password was sent on registered Email ID). A dashboard with view application would appear. Delegates are requested to go to the said page and click on new applications. (Registered applications can be viewed here as well)
  • Select the box REGISTER AS INDIVIDUAL.
  • Delegates can register as self or for others as well.
  • Fill in the necessary details on the page. Fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory.
  • After registering as Individual with all the relevant details, the delegates are requested to proceed towards payment section immediately or can log back in at a later date. In the payments section delegates are requested to select the days they will be attending the PBD Convention. Kindly note once payment is made from a profile, the dates cannot be modified and there is no refund of the payment made in case of cancellation.
  • A PBD Registration Number will be mailed to the delegates on their registered email id. The unique PBD Registration Number can then further be used for booking the accommodations.

A minimum of 05 members are required and a maximum number of members each group can accommodate are 50.

  • Fill in the necessary details on the page. Fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory.
  • The Individual/Coordinator of the group needs to fill the form. Mention the Name and Email Address of the Coordinator accurately as any further information would be sent to him/her.
  • In the Add Member section, details of each group member along with their official ids need to be uploaded.
  • In the next step, the delegates are requested to proceed towards payment section immediately or can log back in at a later date. In the payments section delegates are requested to select the days they will be attending the PBD Convention. An automatic group discount of 25% will be applicable for all group registrations.
  • Delegates kindly note once payment is made from a profile, the dates cannot be modified and there is no refund of the payment made in case of cancellation.

  • All major cards from Indian and International Banks are accepted. The payment options available are Debit/Credit Cards, Internet Banking, and UPI. However, you need to first select the payment gateway. There are two Payment Gateways - State Bank of India and Axis Bank.
  • A Payment Gateway only facilitates payment transactions. It does not imply that the payment options are restricted to only State Bank of India or Axis Bank.
  • After selecting the payment gateway, you can find the 3 payment options- Debit/Credit Cards, Internet Banking, and UPI. Fill in the details and make the payment.
